How Does the Draw Work?

Basic Rules
Who can enter: Open to individuals aged 18+ from any country, unless local laws prohibit entry.
When it runs: Each draw's start and end dates are specified in the campaign announcement (popup, newsletter, or social media post).
What you can win: The prize for each draw (for example, a Moontians product or gift card) is described in the announcement for that specific campaign.
How the winner is chosen: One winner is selected at random from all valid entries received during the campaign period.
Privacy notice: We'll use your email to notify you if you win and for marketing.

How do I enter the draw?
You can enter by subscribing to the Moontians newsletter through our win popup, the newsletter page, or the footer subscription form. When you enter, you'll receive a unique draw number and join our mailing list for future lunar collections and exclusive offers.
Can I enter multiple times?
Each email address is counted as one entry per draw campaign. Even if you submit the form from different locations on our site, your email will be registered once for fairness.
What is my draw number?
Your draw number is a unique identifier generated when you enter. It's shown in the confirmation message after you subscribe and is stored with your entry in our system. This number helps us track and verify entries during the draw.
How are winners chosen?
Winners are selected at random from all valid entries collected during the campaign period. Our backend system uses standard randomization to ensure a fair selection process — no manual picking or favoritism. Once selected, winners are marked in our internal admin tools.
When will winners be announced?
The exact draw date and winner announcement timeline are specified in each campaign's official rules. Typically, we run the draw shortly after the campaign closes and contact winners within 2–5 business days via the email address they provided.
How will I know if I won?
We contact winners directly using the email address submitted during entry. Check your inbox (and spam folder) for an email from Moontians. We may ask for additional details like shipping address or size preferences to deliver your prize.
What if I don't respond?
If we don't receive a response within the timeframe stated in our winner notification email (usually 7–14 days), we reserve the right to select an alternate winner from the remaining valid entries. Make sure to check your email regularly after the draw date.
What happens to my data?
When you enter, you join the Moontians newsletter. We use your email to send product launches, lunar content, special offers, and future draw announcements. You can unsubscribe anytime via the link in any email. We never sell your data to third parties.
Can I unsubscribe and still be eligible?
Your entry remains valid for the current draw campaign even if you unsubscribe from marketing emails. However, unsubscribing means you won't receive future draw announcements or exclusive offers.
